Travel Specialist

A company is looking for a Travel Specialist to manage contract travel activities for government programs.

Key Responsibilities

Execute travel program plans, processes, and activities while ensuring compliance with regulations

Coordinate travel activities and provide training and resources to program personnel regarding travel processes

Monitor and manage travel-related risks, costs, and compliance with federal regulations

Required Qualifications

Experience with the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, or FEDSIM programs

Experience submitting Travel Authorization Requests, Requests to Initiate Purchases, and Trip Reports

Knowledge of FAR travel regulations and OCONUS travel requirements

Knowledge of U.S. import and export regulations

High school diploma or GED
