Medical Information Specialist

A company is looking for a Medical Information Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Responds to requests for medical and safety information from consumers and healthcare professionals

Documents and reports adverse events and product complaints in compliance with regulations and internal policies

Maintains quality assurance and logs inquiries accurately in the Inquiry Handling Systems

Required Qualifications

Life science, Nursing (RN / BS / BA / MS), or Pharmacy degree

Proficiency in English language; TOEIC 800 for Japan-based roles

Strong cognitive abilities, including analytical and critical thinking skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, and ability to learn new systems

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
