Position Title : Director of Marketing

Position Overview :

A strategic and hands-on Director of Marketing to lead our marketing function through a transformative phase. Initially, this role will oversee our relationship with an external marketing firm executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy. Over time, the Director will build and lead an internal marketing team, bringing core capabilities in-house while leveraging external specialists for niche needs.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a Director-level or equivalent leadership role.
• Proven experience managing and scaling marketing teams.
• Expertise in B2B marketing, preferably in professional services or information management sectors.
• Proficiency with HubSpot; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growing organization and lead through change.
