Senior Site Reliability Engineer

We collaborate with Dev, QA, DevOps, product, support, and sales engineering to deliver secure products. Enable secure organizations to adopt Zero-Trust Network Access (ZTNA), focusing on the FedRAMP program. Maintain and enhance ZTNA, collaborating with development and operational teams. Responding to incidents, optimizing performance, and automating operations for streamlined efficiency. As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for :

• Deploying, managing, and operating scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on the ZTNA Cloud Platform.
• Developing and implementing procedures for automating SRE and operations tasks, streamlining day-to-day work.
• Analyzing logs and events to identify potential issues and optimize system performance.
• Applying cloud operational best practices and ensuring their appropriate use.
• Participating in weekend maintenance, up to once a month, to support system maintenance and upgrades. Do what you love To be successful in this role you will :
• 5 years of experience as a cloud SRE.
• Have expertise in AWS services : EC2, Route53, S3, IAM, VPC, EKS, ACM, Managed Opensearch.
• Be proficient in managing Kubernetes and have experience with deployment / configuration tools like Helm, Terraform, ArgoCD, Jenkins.
• Have experience working with Linux, with Ubuntu, and large-scale cloud infrastructures.
• Have experience with OpenSearch / Elasticsearch cluster setup and maintenance.
• Have knowledge of SSL / TLS certificates, mutual TLS (mTLS), public key infrastructure (PKI).
• Show Proficiency in configuring and maintaining common infrastructure components like Nginx / Apache / Postgres / Rabbitmq / Celery / Active Directory.
