Senior Small Business Banking Consultant

A company is looking for a Senior Small Business Banking Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Assess client needs through telephone interactions and recommend appropriate financial products and services

Manage complex servicing issues and proactively engage with targeted clients for financial reviews

Facilitate credit requests and referrals while meeting individual performance goals for revenue growth

Required Qualifications

Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) or equivalent experience

7+ years of sales / client relationship management experience in banking / financial products

Significant experience with small business clients

Formal credit training and small business banking sales training preferred

Experience mentoring and developing less experienced team members
