Job Description : As an Order Taker at EC Ruff Marine, you will play a crucial role in managing customer orders with precision and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include processing orders, offering product information, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment, all while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, or in person
  • Confirm order details for accuracy and completeness
  • Provide detailed product information and answer customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues professionally
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of orders and transactions
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall operations

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus
  • Previous experience in a customer service or order-taking role is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, Quick Books order management systems)
  • Positive attitude and a collaborative team player
