Key Responsibilities
Responds to patient inquiries via multiple communication channels and accesses the billing system for resolution
Processes patient correspondence and manages walk-in inquiries on-site
Documents actions taken in the billing system and completes daily statistic summary reports
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Three years of relevant work experience, including telephone customer service
Knowledge of third-party insurance and medical terminology
Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with the public and medical professionals
Computer skills and excellent customer service skills
