Our Office is licensed in the state of CA along with AZ, OR and NV.
We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients along with a great earnings opportunity with future long term career advancement available.

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer service inquiries, requests while providing excellent customer service
- Contact customers regarding outstanding billing and process billing payments
- Develop insurance quotes
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer platforms
Requirements
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- Property & Casualty insurance license is required within 3 months of hire.
- Life & Health Insurance license required within 3 months of hire
