McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for Phlebotomist for its Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.

Responsibilities include : Collects blood samples by venipuncture, heel or finger stick. Obtains urine and other specimens from patients. Prepares specimens for in-house testing or for send-out to reference labs. Performs receptionist and other clerical duties as needed.

Education

• High School Diploma, GED or HiSET

Certification / License

Days : Monday - Friday.

Hours : 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM or 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Experience

Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.
