Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Process all warehouse documents.
• Train employees and continually evaluate competencies.
• Coach and mentor employees professionally.
• Work weekends and rotating shifts (days, nights) as needed.
• Handle other duties and projects as assigned by management.
• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities under the guidance of the Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager, including shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties.
• Oversee Inbound and Outbound activities.
• Assign workload and equipment to staff.
• Manage employee schedules (start, breaks, departure).
• Reconcile shipments in and out of the facility.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED along with 2-5 of related experience or training is required.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and technical proficiency.
• Supervisory or management experience in a warehouse environment (1-3 years).
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Knowledge of general warehouse operations.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be willing to work in a freezer environment.
