Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral assessments, design and implement measurable, evidence-based goals across environments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) while maintaining insurance standards and deadlinesSupervise, train and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)Implement and supervise behavior data collection systems for continuous evaluation based on payor requirements and authorizationsConduct regular parent training and consultation based on payor requirements and authorizationsParticipate in weekly clinical meetings and monthly staff-wide trainingsCommunicate with insurance companies and other care providersStay current on research and evidence-based practicesMaintain accurate "CAQH" profile and NPICollaborate with other disciplines, medical providers, and educatorsManage electronic data collection system and store all records in the EMRPerform accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system and complete documentation of services promptlyAdhere strictly to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's Code of EthicsNote : This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Qualifications
Required : Master's Degree or PhD in Applied behavior Analysis, education or other related fieldRequired : CURRENT AND ACTIVE Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and licensure if applicable per stateRequired : Experience working with children ages 0-16 implementing ABA; experience implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis; Educational, Speech, or Allied Health Services experienceRequired : 3-5 years working with children with developmental disabilityPreferred : Experience working with children ages 0-16 implementing ABA in a classroom or clinical setting; experience implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis; Educational, Speech, or Allied Health Services experience
