Description - What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical lab tests-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-following established protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Ensure all processes are thoroughly documented, help train new team members or students, and uphold high lab quality standards.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your career with us.
