Marketing Strategist

Essential Job Functions

• Oversee ministry calendars to anticipate and equip upcoming events and initiatives

• Email (Hubspot) social (Facebook IG TikTok YouTube) internal and external (media print PR) proficiencies

• Develop PESO tactics to amplify said events (Paid Earned Shared Owned channels)

• Liaison between marketing and ministry teams understand wins and strategies

• Delegation and project management of self () and of creative teams

• Copywriting for owned and shared channels

• Collaboration with design experts on look and feel for assets

• Steward related marketing dollars for project needs and collateral

• Flexibility and innovation within a nimble team

• Leadership and ability to coach volunteers on marketing executions

Education and Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Communications Marketing or related field preferred

• 5 years in a related Ministry/Non-Profit or Cause-Based Organization preferred
