Position Details : Experience Preferred : One year of applicable patient care experience or applicable medical office experience as defined by the clinic New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training Current Medical Assistants who are moving to Advanced Medical Assistant title on the career ladder must complete MA competencies. Coworkers can be hired as a Certified Medical Assistant if they are a Certified / Registered Medical Assistant. Coworkers must actively maintain their certification, or they will be transitioned to the Medical Assistant title Physical Requirements : Position requires individuals to push, pull, and / or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis. Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift. Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties. Why Mercy?
