Job Description

Join Pride Health as a Certified Phlebotomist III - Floater at Spokane Valley or Spokane, WA! This is a 6 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role : Phlebotomist III - Floater

Locations : Spokane, WA 99202

Shift Schedule : Monday – Friday | Earliest site opens at 6 : 45 AM, latest site closes at 5 : 00 PM

Hours per Week : 40 hours

Start Date : ASAP

Pay Highlights : $20.50 - 24.50 / hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform daily phlebotomy and specimen collection tasks accurately, safely, and efficiently .
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment at all times.
• Conduct forensic and clinical specimen collections in compliance with company standards.
• Verify patient identification and confirm specimen labeling accuracy in the patient’s presence.
• Maintain required documentation, logs, and records per company policies.
• Demonstrate strong organizational commitment and uphold Quest’s image of excellence to patients, clients, and colleagues.
• Provide superior customer service , displaying empathy and professionalism in every interaction.
• Be flexible to travel and cover multiple locations as needed, often on short notice.

Qualifications :

Education : High School Diploma or GED required.

Certification : Active Washington State Department of Health Phlebotomy License (MAP) — Required

Experience : Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience , including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections — Required

Note : Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.
