Job Title- Mailroom processor

Pay- $19 / hr W2

Duration- 6 months contract

Location- Scottsdale, AZ

Shift Options (Please list desired shift on top of resume) :

  • Shift 1 : Mon-Fri, 9 AM - 6 PM
  • Shift 2 : Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 4 PM

  • Health corporate mailroom as a Mailroom Production Specialist , working in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment handling sensitive healthcare information. You'll operate high-volume digital printers and envelope inserter machines , manage mailroom logistics, and ensure timely and accurate output under strict deadlines.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate large production printers and high-speed inserter machines
  • Verify and process print jobs based on documentation
  • Perform folding, inserting, postage stamping, and mail prep
  • Lift boxes of envelopes / paper weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Remain on your feet for most of the shift
  • Multitask and meet tight schedules with precision and urgency

    • Top Skills Required :

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
