Job Description
Responsible to coordinate, design and implement new and ongoing communications for Alliant’s retirement, investment and insurance services. Collaborate with the broker dealer compliance department to obtain proper approvals for marketing and event collateral, materials and advertising. Coordinate activities designed to develop market share within our membership base related to these services. Responsible for development and execution of the annual retirement and investment services marketing plan to ensure increased service awareness, member education and program visibility are achieved.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop marketing plans, utilize online website tools and generate tracking / reporting systems in order to provide insight into return on investment. Create and implement marketing pieces to create awareness and increase business
- Ensure marketing compliance guidelines are followed and appropriate compliance approvals are received. Obtain appropriate levels of compliance approval for marketing collateral and communications
- Develop and execute sales referral programs
- Oversee client marketing strategy and follow-up process to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate and oversee mailings of newsletters, surveys, seminars, annual review letters, thank you cards, milestone cards and appointment information forms
- Coordinate member seminars and webinars in accordance with marketing plans. Lead member communications both after and after the seminar / webinar
- Develop and manage member outcall program
- Coordinate call schedules with advisors, client services team members and retail sales and service groups
Education & Years of Experience
Minimum- 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or RelatedMinimum - 5 Years Marketing, campaign management, insurance program, investment program or relatedIn Lieu of Education
8 Years Marketing, campaign management, insurance program, investment program or related including collecting, analyzing and reporting out on marketing efforts or relatedLicense / Certifications / Training
Preferred : FINRA Series 6 LicensePreferred : FINRA Series 7 LicenseCompensation & Benefits :
Typical hiring range : $63,300.00 to $98,500.00 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
