Rochester 100• continues to manufacture custom vinyl products for a variety of purposes.

Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for an applicant that is enthusiastic and ready to work in our Nicky's Folder and/or Vinyl Holder customer service department. Your role would include processing customer orders, managing inquiries via phone and email, handling complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Uphold a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proficient with the basic use of computer functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace.
• Experience with the Zendesk customer service platform is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills is required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining accuracy
• Team oriented but able to work independently
• High school diploma is required.
