A company is looking for a Director of Enrollment I, Online Programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead recruitment and admissions activities for online undergraduate and graduate programs

Manage and forecast enrollment cohorts to align with enrollment goals

Supervise Enrollment Counselors and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

Five to seven years of experience in higher education enrollment or admissions

Experience supervising staff and managing performance

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM technologies

Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
