Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience with demonstrated ability to perform in a matrixed and global Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies; CCNA or CCNP certification Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills. Willingness to travel to Uline’s North American locations.
Brooksource is seeking a Network Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Cisco
networking technologies to support infrastructure and application infrastructure operations. This operations-focused role involves technical support across server, network,
telecom, and application technologies.
The engineer will be responsible for configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of enterprise-wide systems, with a strong emphasis on Cisco-based network environments. This position also includes utilizing monitoring tools and participating in IT incident, change, problem, and disaster recovery processes. The ideal candidate can work independently to resolve issues, assess technologies to meet business needs, and escalate problems to Technology Engineers when necessary.
