We’re hiring an Assistant Financial Liaison to support financial, census, and reimbursement operations within a Skilled Nursing Facility. This role partners closely with leadership to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely follow-up across key revenue cycle functions.
What You’ll Do
· Support Medicaid applications and renewals
· Manage daily census reporting
· Assist with weekly UR calls
· Maintain accurate records in PCC
· Support resident trust accounts
· Assist with collections and AR aging
· Communicate effectively with families and agencies
What We’re Looking For
· Experience in an SNF Business Office or AR role
· Working knowledge of Medicaid processes in a long-term care facility (Required)
· Strong attention to detail and organization
· Clear, professional communicator
· Comfortable in a fast-paced healthcare environment
