Employee Solutions is hiring for a manufacturing facility in Round Rock (Old Settlers). The position will support printer operators as they produce cutting-edge technology geared towards the military.

40 hours, 10hr shifts, Monday-Thursday

6am-4 : 30pm during training period then move to 2nd shift 3 : 00pm-1 : 30am

QUALIFICATIONS :

Mechanically inclined is a must

Machine operation experience is preferred

Passion for printing or art is a plus

Attention to detail

Ability to communicate effectively with peers

Team oriented

Ability to lift 50lbs

Computer literacy

US Citizenship is a requirement per federal defense contract requirements

PRODUCTION JOB DUTIES :

Load and unload raw materials

Clean filters, greasing points, wiping and cleaning, etc

Inspect raw and finished materials

Cut and sew samples of fabric for testing

Apply treatments and package product

Set printing parameters and operate printing software

Correct the print quality issues

Maintaining production printing equipment including digital printing press and finisher, thermal printers

Preparing the ink for printing

Perform print tests to ensure accuracy

Perform frequent quality checks during print process

Maintaining a clean press, printing area, and press room

Maintain print operations by monitoring systems and equipment
