[job_card.job_description]Support daily project operations and administrative processes. Prepare reports, correspondence, procurement, travel, and inventory documentation. Research and compile grants and proposals for management review. Develop and maintain a social media plan; schedule and publish approved content. Coordinate with finance on invoicing, payments, and reporting. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed. Organize meetings, appointments, and project documentation. Support onboarding, employee queries, and travel arrangements. Collaborate with IT to maintain office systems and equipment. Plan and coordinate internal and external events and conferences. Provide general administrative support to senior management and visitors.
Project Manager
We are looking for a skilled and highly organized Project Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate multiple workstreams, and support leadership in driving organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will combine strong administrative, communication, and coordination skills with a proactive mindset to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder engagement at both local and international levels.
