A company is looking for an Associate Career Advisor - Part Time.
Key Responsibilities
Provide foundational career coaching to students and alumni, including feedback on application documents and job search strategies
Develop and maintain on-demand resources for diverse learners, including blogs and career education materials
Utilize technology to assist students and alumni with career development and collaborate with university professionals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus 1+ year of experience in career services or recruiting, or equivalent
Knowledge of career development gained through relevant experience
Proficiency with new technologies and modes of service delivery
Ability to adjust working hours to meet student and alumni needs
Master's degree and 3+ years of experience in career services or recruiting preferred
