A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve technical incidents related to application stability and service recovery
Act as the primary technical expert for government software solutions and manage administrative access recovery
Provide technical leadership and coordinate with internal teams to resolve system issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
Familiarity with government-specific software support requirements
Proven ability to diagnose complex incidents involving web servers and identity providers
US Citizenship (non-dual) required by government contract
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or higher clearance
