Behavioral Analyst

NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. Behavior Analyst - BCBA

Clearwater Pediatric Academy

Salary starting at $75, 000 or more based on experience

• Work with individuals ages 8-17 with a wide range of behavioral needs and disabilities
• In-patient campus setting so all your clients live in one place and attend school there.
• Gain experience working with a full clinical team: BCBA-D, BCBA, PT, OT, SLP, LMHC, Special Ed Teachers, RNs, Psychiatrist, and Pediatrician.
• No billing or minimum billable hours requirements-spend time with the clients who need it most
• USF ABA practicum and research site
• Position reports to Clinical Director (BCBA-D)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments.
• Develop and implement behavior analysis service plans.
• Create individualized treatment plans to help each individual we serve improve.
• Use training and creativity to explore ways to handle challenging problems for our individuals in home settings, workplaces, and the community.
• Train team members to reinforce implementation of behavioral plans.
• Provide training and supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in psychology, education, or related field
• Active BCBA board certification required
• Valid driver's license, current registration, and insurance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• A reliable, responsible, and compassionate approach.
• A commitment to quality in everything you do.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with high-intensity problem behaviors
• Experience with special needs populations in crisis intervention
• Experience with staff training and development in a residential setting
• Experience working with a multidisciplinary team
