We are seeking a motivated Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage a dedicated book of business, ensure timely renewals, and proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and deepen client relationships. Youll have the autonomy to run your accounts with the support of a collaborative, positive team behind you. This is a hybrid remote role with competitive compensation and substantial benefits designed to support both your career and your life outside of work.

  • First-year earnings : $55,000-$80,000

Responsibilities

  • Manage policy renewals with accuracy and urgency, ensuring client contact within 24-48 hours
  • Review coverage limits and identify opportunities for upselling, account rounding, and cross-selling
  • Quote new business and re-market renewals in a timely and professional manner
  • Clearly explain coverage options, policy differences, and pricing with confidence
  • Maintain accurate client records and data integrity within the agency management system

    • Requirements

  • Property & Casualty License is Required
  • 2-3 years' experience managing commercial insurance accounts.
  • Experience with upselling and cross selling insurance products
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies, including General Liability, Property, Workers' Compensation, and Commercial Auto, Cyber, Construction risks, and main street business.
  • Proficiency in insurance management software, AMS360, Agency Zoom, working with AI and standard office applications.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with clients and underwriters.
