Material Handler Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following :

• May be required to load / unload US mail from / into airline containers
• May be required to load / unload trucks
• May be required to push / pull USPS rolling stock equipment with and without (empty) US Mail
• May be required to push full / empty airline containers on ball decking
• May be required to load / unload full or empty airline equipment from Company transport dollies
• May be required to scan mail into / out of airline containers
• May be required to weigh airline containers utilizing Company ball decking and scales
• May be required to validate the serviceability of airline containers based of airline requirements
• May be required to operate GSE equipment including but not limited to trucks and tugs
• May be assigned administrative duties by the supervisor which includes equipment checks / reports
