At UDig, client service begins with mastering delivery — earning trust through results and building the foundation for long-term relationships. As a Client Services Consultant, you’ll support delivery teams, engage directly with clients, and learn how to translate business needs into outcomes.

While we are looking for candidates with a management consulting orientation, this role is also open to those with a technical background who are interested in delivery and account management.

What You'll Do :

  • Support project planning, track progress, and help resolve blockers that impact outcomes.
  • Learn how to translate technical detail into business language, contributing to client confidence and understanding.
  • Participate in meetings, observe relationship dynamics, and begin building your presence as a trusted voice.
  • Work alongside engineers, designers, analysts, and business stakeholders—seeing firsthand how delivery connects to client value.
  • Begin to understand how strong delivery creates sales opportunities and sets the stage for long-term client leadership.
