What You'll Do:

• Greet clients, manage check-ins, appointments, and walk-ins, and keep shop flow running smoothly
• Handle checkout, POS transactions, phone calls, and booking support
• Support retail sales and maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby

What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills, organization, reliability, positive energy, customer-service mindset, and comfort in a busy, high-volume environment. Front desk, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.
