This role is key to supporting and enhancing our business processes and ERP system, directly impacting operational efficiency across the organization. Position Summary

As a ERP Developer at Sargent, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing improvements to business processes and enterprise systems, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and supporting company growth. This role serves as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that enterprise systems are aligned with organizational goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system needs, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and support the ongoing optimization of our ERP system. The position will report to the Tucson IT & Automation Manager.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze, design, and implement improvements to business systems and processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to document business requirements
• Translate business requirements into functional system requirements
• Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials
• Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end-users
• Support ERP configuration, testing, and deployment of new features, modules, and upgrades
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the system meets business expectations
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements or integrations with other business systems
• Assist with data migration, reporting, and dashboard development using tools like SQL, SSRS, or Power BI
• Manage project planning, change management, and stakeholder communication
• Utilize cross-functional teams to help make project and system decisions
• May lead a small to medium group of team members
• Support the Business Systems Team with all other required technical needs
