What Youll Do

• Direct and manage a talented team of creative experts producing compelling visual and written messages that elevate our brand and products.
• Oversee multiple creative projects from concept to completionset project objectives brainstorm campaign themes create sketches refine ideas and ensure flawless final deliverables.
• Provide creative direction across all Ultradent departments both domestic and worldwide.
• Lead all photography and visual direction for the organization.
• Approve marketing materials campaigns packaging photography presentations and web content to ensure brand excellence.
• Maintain project timelines and budgets keeping stakeholders informed with regular status updates.
• Build and manage relationships with vendors and freelancers acting as a key liaison between creative talent and internal / external clients.
• Foster a culture of creativity and innovation throughout the marketing organization.
