Sr. Backend Engineer

Insight Global is hiring a Sr. Backend Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable software solutions for huge application initiatives on a tight timeline. You'll work across the full development lifecycle-requirements, architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment-while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals. Key responsibilities include :

• Backend Development : Lead development and QA for backend services powering a portfolio rebalancing engine,
• Quality Assurance : Carry out QA / automated testing responsibilities (10-15% of the role)
• Documentation : Keep technical guides accurate and up to date.
• Releases & Deployments : Coordinate smooth product releases into production.
• Data Analysis : Validate large datasets and extract insights for improvements.
• Code Review : Ensure code quality, standards, and best practices.
• Collaboration : Effectively leading a team of junior engineers
• Troubleshooting : Resolve complex issues and prevent downtime.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay current on trends and apply innovations to processes.
