Remote Visual Designers - Creative Technologists - AI Trainer ($50-$70 per hour)

We are looking for Visual Designers to help critique, experiment with, and shape how AI understands and simulates multi-modal design workflows across mediums.

• You are a good fit if you : - Have over 1+ years of professional experience in any visual design field. - Have a bachelor's degree in design or a related field. - Exposure working with LLMs, GenAI prompting, and vibe coding. - Are currently based in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, UK or Australia. - Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills - Have strong attention to details. Ideal (but not required) - Have a strong background in creating high-quality digital or immersive visual designs (websites / apps, brand / marketing assets, and advanced new media) with unique aesthetics. - Proficiency with creative coding tools – including but not limited to HTML / CSS, Processing, and three.js. Role Start Date - This role will begin in early March with applications reviewed on a rolling basis. Key Responsibilities : - The project is 10-20 hours of work per week with potential for increased hours based on performance. - You will work asynchronously with a team of designers across disciplines. - You will craft, critique, and review experimental design workflows with frontier AI models. Interview Process - You will complete a short AI interview about your creative process. - Following the interview will be a short portfolio review and written form.
