Marketing And Community Liaison

This position builds support for the hospital and facilitates the hospital's ability to meet the public's needs. This includes, but is not limited to, physicians and their office staffs; community residents, schools, churches, and civic groups; area employers; legislators; other healthcare and human-service providers; and media. Seeks collaborative opportunities to improve the quality of life of residents within the hospital's service area.

Key responsibilities include :

• Executing marketing plans and programs implemented by the Director of Business Development to ensure the profit growth and expansion of the organization's products / services.
• Supporting facilities as a liaison with external entities that influence the organization's services, programs, and facilities.
• Maintaining relationships and securing competitive information on products and services to maintain and develop market share.
• Executing communication strategies, plans, and materials consistent with the organization's marketing image.
• Consulting with the Director of Business Development to maintain a consistent public image.
• Representing the organization at major public events.
• Supporting the organization's strategic business development efforts.
• Embracing the organization's public relations effort.
• Conducting market research, analysis, and reporting activities relevant to the organization's mission, philosophy, and goals.
• Supporting the community liaison team by contributing creative theme ideas, collecting vendor bids, and helping coordinate events.
