Operations Manager

A company is looking for an Operations Manager to advance the mission of the Operations Department.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Operations Director with compliance tasks, including finance reporting and state unemployment office coordination

Manage outgoing payments to vendors and assist with business expense coding

Onboard new staff and conduct risk assessments while assisting with internal control processes

Required Qualifications

2 cycles of progressive political non-profit or campaign experience

Experience working with a diverse group of stakeholders

Proven ability to manage tasks independently

Experience with Bill.com and QuickBooks

Additional consideration for candidates fluent in a second language
