Project Coordinator for CyberSecurity

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator / Autotask MSP Dispatcher for a Microsoft focused CyberSecurity firm.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and dispatch tickets in Autotask, ensuring timely progress and updates

Build and maintain project schedules, manage tasks, and communicate updates to stakeholders

Assist with change management and documentation for compliance and security projects

Required Qualifications

Experience with a PSA tool, preferably Autotask

2-4+ years in IT services, MSP, or technical project coordination / service dispatch role

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Solid comfort with Excel / Sheets and task / project management tools

Understanding of SLAs and financial implications of scheduling decisions
