Here is what to expect :

Location : 1468 Madison Ave New York NY

Schedule : 40 hours / week 3 days onsite per week

Duration : 4 months

Responsibilities :

• Provide on-site and remote technical support during the deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Cisco wireless connectivity issues.
• Diagnose DHCP-related problems and ensure proper IP address assignment.
• Address general network issues to maintain stable device performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps resolutions and deployment progress.
