The Compensation Specialist is capably responsible for conducting research and analysis, and formulating recommendations to ensure compensation practices at FTI are highly competitive and internally equitable. This role recommends and administers compensation plans that are compliant with applicable laws, regulations and company strategies and goals.

Minimum Requirements :

• Education : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; and / or combination of education and experience.
• Experience : Proven experience as a Compensation Specialist or similar role
• Knowledge of current laws and regulations related to compensation
• Working knowledge of HRIS systems (preferably Workday) and MS Office
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Travel : 0-10%

Work Schedule : This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday-Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
