Description :
Apartment community in North Adams seeking an energetic and self-motivated maintenance worker to join our team. Must be organized, dependable, and have proven proficiency with painting, basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical work. Under direction will be responsible for the on-going maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. All technicians participate in a rolling on-call calendar. This is a part time position, approximately 20 hours per week.
BROAD SCOPE OF DUTIES :
- repairs to building appliances and fixtures
- repair or replace plumbing fixtures
- patch holes in walls
- paint building interiors
- clean vacant units and interior spaces
- grounds keeping, landscaping and snow removal
Rate of pay depends on experience but will be between $19 and $22. Please submit a resume and we will call you if interested in speaking further.
