Within Brand & Marketing, the Growth & Channel Activation team is focused on delivering impactful marketing strategies and experiences across channels that drive measurable business outcomes.
What you can expect:
- Partner with business units to translate strategic objectives into compelling digital experiences and content plans, including support for marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute web content strategies that align with Prudential’s brand, business goals, and customer needs.
- Integrate personalization strategies into content planning and execution to deliver tailored experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
- Support experimentation and A/B testing to optimize content effectiveness and user experience.
- Manage content lifecycle including audits, updates, and governance to ensure accuracy, compliance, and relevance.
- Partner with Design, Product and Technology teams to introduce new web capabilities and optimize existing ones to enhance customer experience and business impact.
- Monitor performance metrics (traffic, engagement, lead generation and conversion) and use insights to inform continuous improvement.
- Implement AEO / SEO best practices and accessibility standards to maximize discoverability and usability.
- Stay current on digital trends, financial services regulations, and customer behavior to inform strategy.
- Ensure all content complies with legal, regulatory, and brand standards.
What you'll need to succeed:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital content strategy, web content management, or related roles, preferably in financial services.
- Strong understanding of financial services and customer journeys in a regulated environment.
- Proven ability to lead content strategy and execution across complex digital ecosystems.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager) and analytics platforms.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity and engagement.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strategic and collaborative mindset with experience working across Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Technology teams.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
It’d be a plus if you are familiar with:
- Financial education content and customer engagement strategies.
- Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional product teams.
- Personalization strategies and content targeting.
- Tools like Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Workfront, Figma, Qualtrics, Conductor, Gradial
- AI tools for content creation and optimization
What we offer you:
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $118,700.00 to $176,600.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
