Join our growing team! We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Clerk to support the business office of our busy automotive dealership. If you enjoy working with numbers, have strong organizational skills, and want to grow your career in the automotive industry, we’d love to hear from you.
What You'll Do :
- Post and reconcile daily accounting transactions (sales, service, parts, warranty, etc.)
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices and payments as needed
- Reconcile and balance schedules, including bank statements, floorplan, and general ledger accounts as needed
- Prepare and post journal entries as needed
- Ensure accuracy of financial data entered into the accounting system (e.g., CDK)
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records
- Assist with monthly and year-end closing processes
- Support the office team with administrative duties as needed
- Comply with company policies and accounting best practices
