HVAC Installer Lead

HVAC Installer Lead - Sterling Heights, MI

Join our team as an HVAC Installer Lead, where you will be responsible for installing new HVAC equipment and removing old systems. You will work directly with customers to ensure proper installations of furnaces, RTUs, air handlers, AC units, mini splits, some duct work, thermostats, and water tanks.

Responsibilities:

• Install new HVAC equipment and remove old systems.
• Interact with customers to ensure correct installations.
• Lead and train a helper on-site.
• Ensure all installations meet EPA standards.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of residential/commercial HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification and NATE certification recommended.
• Refrigeration experience.
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Possession of own tools and a clean driving record.

Work Environment:

Work in dynamic HVAC installation environments with a focus on safety and efficiency. Dress code is professional and presentable, aligned with customer interaction expectations.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sterling Heights, MI.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $36.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
