About STAPHAUS

STAPHAUS is a full-service digital marketing agency that specializes in the furniture and design industry as well as B2B services. We take pride in working side by side with our clients and make it our business to deeply understand their business.

We are looking for a full-time onsite Creative Designer that will lead the ideation, development and management of advertisements, emails and other design assets for our clients and our agency. Exceptional web/graphic design skills, communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines are an absolute must.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and deliver high quality advertising assets for various digital platforms
• Maintain a calendar of deliverables for all relevant channels
• Execute high quality design from concept to delivery while following brand guidelines
• Continuously research competitor and industry trends
• Create other digital/print assets as needed (landing pages, brochures, etc.)
• Assist with client-facing presentations

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 4+ years graphic design and experience, and some marketing experience
• Interest and appreciation for furniture and interior design
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS
• Exceptional planning ahead and time management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented and organized, self-starter
• Proficient in articulating and presenting creative ideas and strategies
• A passion for extending their knowledge to all areas of marketing
• Innovative, enthusiastic, flexible, and creative

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with ecommerce branding/marketing
• Experience with Shopify, Webflow, and/or Wordpress
• Brand identity experience
