Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients, enthusiastically explaining the benefits of iCRYO's wellness services.

Conduct client consultations to understand their health and wellness objectives.

Educate clients on our various cryotherapy and wellness treatments, addressing their questions and concerns.

Meet and exceed individual sales targets through proactive outreach and client relationship management.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the iCRYO center.

Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and treatment areas.

Requirements

Previous sales experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, or a related industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals.

Ability to build rapport and connect with a diverse range of clients.

Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
