Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience with Azure Cloud and Virtualization
• 2+ years of experience with MS Active Directory
• 2+ years of experience with ASP.Net
• 2+ years of experience with PowerShell
• 3+ years of experience with Proofpoint

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Datacenter, Cloud and Network Infrastructure
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and SQL Server
• Experience with Group Policy (GPO)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the migration of DSS file and application storage into Microsoft Azure cloud storage solutions
• Deploy, administer, and manage Azure services including identity, governance, storage, and compute components
• Monitor Azure cloud environments and proactively resolve performance, reliability, and integration issues
• Support MS365 and Office365 services including user access control, permissions, and security policies
• Manage and maintain Microsoft Active Directory including account provisioning, authentication, and password management
• Ensure secure and reliable communication between DSS systems, State Data Center services, county governments, and partner endpoints
• Analyze system interactions to improve scalability, stability, and security across all environments
• Conduct usability and performance testing to validate compliance with State and Federal requirements
• Document technical requirements, configuration impacts, and architectural considerations for cloud and infrastructure changes
• Support MS DevOps frameworks and coordinate technical requirements for application development teams
• Work closely with the Security team to implement cloud security policies, threat mitigation, and tenant-level protections
• Collaborate with Network Services, End User Support, and Network Communications to design and implement Azure-based infrastructure
• Deploy monitoring tools, system agents, and remote administration utilities across servers and workstations
• Administer enterprise storage systems including capacity management, lifecycle processes, and access controls
• Utilize virtualization platforms to conduct assessments, troubleshooting, and system data collection
• Administer DSS fax communication systems ensuring access control, reliability, and workflow integration
• Perform scheduled maintenance during evenings or weekends when required
• Mentor junior technical staff and provide guidance as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and change management records
