Key Responsibilities :
- Assist loan officers with the preparation and organization of mortgage application documents
- Communicate with clients to collect required information and provide timely updates
- Accurately input and manage loan data within internal systems
- Coordinate with processing underwriting and other internal teams to ensure efficient loan progression
- Manage calendars set appointments and follow up on action items as needed
