Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and / or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA), we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability. Specific job responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Formulate and implement complex system solutions.
• Provide technical oversight of program or group of programs within the portfolio.
• Provide technical support to portfolio strategy, growth, and operational analysis.
• Support proposal development activities, including proposal text development, cost estimating and presentation activities.
• Prepare and deliver customer and technical presentations.
• Have outside contact with customers, other contractors and government officials.
• Perform systems engineering functions such as developing and managing systems level requirements, developing operational systems concepts, performing system architecture trade studies, originating design concepts or performing systems level integration and test for highly complex systems.

Full-Time Salary Range : $150370 - $255630. Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
