Job Responsibilities

What you will be doing :

• Respond to all service calls within half hour from time call is received.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all assigned work orders on a daily basis. Inform supervisor of any incomplete orders for rescheduling.
• Efficiently maintain pools, filters and pumps on a daily basis.
• Efficiently adjust televisions and program boxes.
• Change light bulbs and ballasts as soon as reported or noticed.
• Efficiently replace air filters on AC units on a regular basis.
• Accurately and efficiently repair vacuum cleaners, returning them to service within two (2) days.
• Clean up grounds, garages and parking lots.

Special Project Assignment Construction Task Support :

As part of a temporary, full-time assignment, the selected candidate will support the Project Manager in completing a comprehensive list of construction-related tasks. This special project is expected to last less than one year and will involve hands-on work across various trades, including concrete, masonry, carpentry, and plumbing. During this time, the candidate will focus exclusively on project work and will not perform traditional hospitality engineering duties such as guest calls. Responsibilities and schedules may vary depending on the needs of the project. The candidate will work closely with the project lead, contributing to the successful advancement and completion of key resort improvements. Upon project completion, the candidate will transition back to the core Engineering team.
