Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in Orlando, FL, requires a Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, analysis, SEC, FINRA, NASDAQ reporting. Preparation for IPO. Daily responsibilities include managing budgeting processes, working with investment banks, individual and institutional investors, ensuring compliance with regulations, preparing financial reports for management, and identifying areas for cost optimization. The Finance Manager will also liaise with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with company objectives, analyze market trends, and provide insights for business growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
• Strong Accounting knowledge, including understanding of financial reporting and compliance
• Proven skills in Data Analysis, Forecasting, and Data-Driven Decision Making
• Experience with Financial Software and Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent Communication, Leadership, Presentation and Team Collaboration skills
• MBA in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is an advantage
• Experience working with Publicly traded company in the manufacturing or defense sector is preferred
